We hate tall, plain, “Holstein” Limousins that breed the odd good female, but horrible bulls. These bulls will destroy our great breed.
We love bulls with size and shape, square on the plates, that breed females that have built in performance muscle, width, growth and milk. That breed bulls that look like Limousins Bulls, wide with shape and power that will breed males and females for the Commercial Farmer.
We believe Limousin is the best breed in the world. We must keep the pressure on to produce cattle of a mixed type, maternal, correct, with growth and docility. If we do we will sell cattle both at home and abroad.
The two Premier Sales held so far in 2007 has proven that our bulls are what are in demand by farmers.
- March 2007 - 13 Powerful Genetics sired bulls averages €5,000 including 6 Hawk.
- May 2007 - 7 averaged €4,900 with joint top prices for Iceman and Samson, €8,600
- 3 Iceman Averages €5,300!
- Supreme Champion Heifer sired by Cloughhead Lord.
